We conduct limited and comprehensive asbestos surveys utilizing EPA and AHERA requirements. In addition, we develop plans and specifications for the abatement of asbestos containing materials with each scope of work designed with specific client needs and budgets in mind. Finally, we perform air monitoring and ongoing asbestos management and consulting services including Operations & Maintenance Programs.
Mold Testing/Consulting Services
We conduct visual inspections and testing for molds/fungi which includes mold identification and recommendations if warranted. We also develop mold specifications for mold removal projects, bid management, evaluate bids and assist in contract negotiations.
Indoor Air Quality Services (IAQ)
We perform sampling for typical indicators and contaminants of indoor air quality, which could include bioaerosols, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), etc. In addition, we will evaluate the findings and provide appropriate recommendations for improving air quality when warrented. Often times this includes a limited review of mechanical equipment as well as aid with tenant communications.
Awareness Training
We conduct the 2-Hour Asbestos Awareness Training required for individuals working around asbestos containing materials. This training is most often performed at the Client’s facility at no cost.
